Chief Executive Officer - Lendistry
Everett K. Sands leverages his 20+ years of experience in banking to change the game for underserved small business owners who need access to responsible capital to reach the next level. Everett has shared his recommendations before Congressional committees and at conferences hosted by FORTUNE, the National Urban League and several industry-related events. He has appeared as a subject matter expert on national business media, including CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. For his leadership at Lendistry, Everett was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® Greater Los Angeles award winner in 2024. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Everett is an Advisory Board member of The Penn Institute for Urban Research (Penn IUR), and a member of the Board of Directors at Goodwill of Orange County and The Center for Strategic Economic Studies and Institutional Development, a non-profit offering technical assistance and business coaching services to underserved communities.
Head of Lendistry Capital Partners and Public-Private Partnerships
Laura is a seasoned impact investor with 15+ years of experience. Most recently, she served as a Vice President in the Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management and the head of the access to capital component of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses. A recognized investor and thought leader, Laura has been tapped to advise many senior government officials at the federal, state, and local levels on creating strategies, policies and designing ecosystems that leverage public and private sector resources to create opportunities and equitable access to capital to entrepreneurs. She has led the design and execution of several public-private partnerships and investment funds to support minority entrepreneurs, most notably in New York City and Chicago, the latter of which has served as a model throughout the country.
Excecutive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer - Lendistry
Clark Wen leads Lendistry’s financial and capital raising strategy as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lendistry, he served as Managing Director at Crestline Investors where he made private credit and preferred equity investments through Crestline’s opportunistic credit platform. In this role, he spearheaded Crestline’s specialty finance strategy, investing over $800 million to support financing businesses in rapid growth cycles, dislocated markets, or underserved consumer segments. Other experience includes serving as Associate Director for the Private Equity Group at Black Diamond Capital Management, and as an analyst at EY Corporate Finance.
Managing Partner at MCB Real Estate / Board Chairman - Lendistry
P. David Bramble, is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Baltimore based MCB Real Estate. MCB is a privately held, institutionally capitalized real estate investment and development company which invests primarily in industrial, retail, office and mixed-use assets, deploying capital across core/core +, value added and opportunities strategies. Since its founding in 2007, MCB has amassed approximately $2 billion in AUM across its owned and managed portfolio, which includes more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate, for its institutional investor base. MCB manages capital for some of the largest institutional investors in the United States and is one of the largest minority-owned and led real estate asset managers in the United States. At MCB, Mr. Bramble dedicates his time to sourcing transactions, raising capital and overseeing MCB’s senior management team. A corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate investment cycle.
Senior Credit Administrator - Lendistry
Lynn M. Fernandez serves as Lendistry’s Senior Credit Administrator, overseeing credit policies, operations, and servicing for Lendistry’s specialized financing programs. She has been a leader in Lendistry’s credit department since 2016. Her past roles include Vice President of Lending at VEDC, where she led the non-profit from a regional, to statewide to national lending organization. Prior to VEDC, she served as Vice President at California United Bank and Vice President at City National Bank, and is the former Officer of Comptroller of the Currency Safety and Soundness Bank Examiner, including Credit Officer and Credit Analyst.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel - Lendistry
As Lendistry’s General Counsel, Kyle leads the company’s compliance, governance, and legal functions. At his previous role at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Kyle counseled start-up, emerging and high growth technology companies on formation, governance, and other general corporate matters across advertising, consumer products, hard-tech, media, data analytics, and life sciences industries. Kyle’s practice included all aspects of company and investor-side venture financings, including negotiating and drafting financing documents, facilitating due diligence, and interfacing with company executives and investors. Prior to his time at WSGR, Kyle was an attorney in Cypress LLP’s corporate transactional group, where his practice included general corporate, real estate, and debt and equity financing transactions.
Chief Lending & Revenue Officer - Lendistry
With over 30 years of experience in finance, Todd oversees Lendistry’s revenue and credit teams in alignment with the company’s strategy, operational plans and processes, driving a high-performance, customer-focused environment. Prior to joining Lendistry, Todd served as Head of Business Banking, Small Business and SBA, at MUFG Union Bank, where he was also a member of MUFG Union Bank’s Management Committee. He has held previous leadership roles at Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, California and Pacific National Bank, and Citizens Business Bank. Todd is active in his community and serves on several boards, including Los Angeles Urban League, PBS SoCal, San Diego State University Campanille Foundation, Junior Achievement and the Western Bankers Association. He holds a BS in Business Administration Finance/Accounting from San Diego State University and graduated from the CBA Executive Banking School at the University of Virginia.

Yusef M. Kassim is a Partner and Head of Business Development of Sunley House Capital Management, the public securities division of Advent International Corporation. He leads Sunley House’s global marketing and investor facing activities. Prior to joining Advent International, Mr. Kassim was a Partner and Managing Director in the Capital Strategies division at Blue Harbour Group, L.P., a multi-billion dollar investment fund employing a concentrated Active Ownership investment strategy. Prior to joining Blue Harbour, Mr. Kassim was a senior member of the Investor Relations Group at Eton Park Capital Management, a global multi-strategy investment firm. Eton Park had $14 billion under management at its peak and over 500 global institutional investors. Before joining Eton Park, Mr. Kassim was a Partner and Head of Marketing & Investor Relations for R6 Capital Management, a multi[1]strategy hedge fund with a focus on corporate credit and asset-based lending. Mr. Kassim has over 20 years of investor relations and business development experience, cultivating, and managing relationships with leading global institutional investors. Mr. Kassim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. Mr. Kassim serves as the Chair of the Penn Fund Executive Board helping support and advise the fundraising activities to grow The Penn Fund. LCP is currently seeking to obtain an SBIC license from the SBA to raise its first Private Credit & Structured Credit fund as a leveraged SBIC fund. The Fund will target diverse companies overlooked by traditional allocators of capital and in sectors poised for growth or targeted for substantial government funding, such as clean energy and renewables, infrastructure, and technology.
